Grilled T-Bones With Herb Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 T-bone beef steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. dill, chervil or tarragon, finely chopped
Preparation

In a small bowl, soften butter and mix with chopped herbs. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Grill steaks over medium-hot heat on grill for 10 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. Serve steaks with herb butter.
