Jamboree Peach Cobber - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt butter in 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Sift together flour, 1 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder and blend with milk. Pour mixture over melted butter. Spread peaches over this and sprinkle with other cup of sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour. Crust will magically appear and cover entire surface of cobbler. Makes 1 cobbler.
