Tomato Salsa(Canned) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 qt. green peppers, chopped
    1 qt. onions, chopped
    hot pepper (as desired)
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook until thick (will cook down until about 1/2 of original amount).
    Seal in jars in warm water bath.
