Cobbler Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Add salt and flour; mix well. Spoon over fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
