Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0 to 475\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture looks like coarse meal. Stir in buttermilk with a fork until soft dough forms.
    Knead until workable and roll to desired thickness.
    Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
