Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3 or more cooked chicken breasts, deboned
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    3/4 c. cashews
    onion (optional)
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    few crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for potato chips.
    Add chips on top of mixture before cooking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
