Spinach Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Fry the bacon until crisp.
    Crumble and set aside.
    Cook carrots and onion in bacon drippings until tender.
    Stir in soup, spinach, rice and milk.
    Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top and serve.
