Aram Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15-inch) rounds lavash (Armenian cracker bread) *
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/4 c. mango chutney
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper
    1 head red leaf lettuce, leaves separated
    2/3 lb. thinly sliced smoked turkey
    1 small English hothouse cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Hold lavash one at a time under cold running water until thoroughly moistened.
    Place between two dish towels and gently roll up.
    Set aside.
