Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1 Tbsp. basil leaves
sprinkle of chopped parsley
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped finely
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Clean and remove stems and slice a thin slice off the bottom of cap.
Chop stems and saute in butter.
Add the bread crumbs, cooking sherry, basil, parsley, walnuts and cheese.
Stuff mushroom caps and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until mushrooms are soft.
