Angel Food Cake(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake (cholesterol-free)
    1 box sugar-free Jell-O instant pudding (vanilla)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice (no sugar added)
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip (light)
Preparation
    Slice cake in half.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Spread in between cake layers and on top.
    Keep in refrigerator.
