Krema Sauce(For Eggplant Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Kasseri or Kefalotiri)
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Over medium flame, brown flour with butter lightly for about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When it begins to bubble, remove immediately from flame.
    Beat eggs well for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add to mixture along with cheese.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Season to taste.
