Chicken Cheddar Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
    2 c. milk
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken (1/2-inch)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Blend in flour and chicken bouillon cubes.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
    Arrange rice in greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Spoon chicken mixture over rice. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6.
