Venison Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground venison
    5 Tbsp. Morton Quick salt
    1 -2 tsp. Hickory smoke flavoring
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 tsp mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 days.
    Mix well each day.
    On 4th day form into long rolls and bake at 225 degrees for 4 hours.
