Fresh Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 orange, not peeled
    2 apples, cored, not peeled
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Wash cranberries, oranges and apples.
    Cut apples into eighths.
    Cut unpeeled orange into eighths, remove seeds.
    Place half of berries and oranges in food processor.
    Process until mixture is evenly chopped.
    Transfer to bowl.
    Repeat with remaining fruit.
    Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
    Frozen berries need less sugar.
    Store in refrigerator or freezer.
    Makes 3 cups.
