Two Minute Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box sifted confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or rum
    1/2 c. butter (1/4 lb.)
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and flavoring together in a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl until partially blended.
    Put butter on top in center.
    Microwave at High for 2 minutes or until milk feels warm on bottom of dish.
    Stir vigorously until smooth.
    If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
