Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken cutlets
about 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sherry or white wine
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Place cutlets in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Grate the Swiss cheese over chicken.
Mix the soup and sherry or white wine.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles and a vegetable (or vegetable casserole).
