Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 sticks margarine, divided
1 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Spread hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Melt one stick of margarine and pour over potatoes.
In separate bowl, mix cheese, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream and soup.
Spread mixture over potatoes.
Melt remaining margarine and pour over dish. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
