Chicken Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. garlic paste
    1 grated onion
    1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. freshly ground red chilies
    Juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. ghee (shortening), divided
    Flour
    Breadcrumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. dried mint
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Wash breasts and divide in halves like chops.
    Mix garlic, grated onion, cumin, salt, pepper, chili, lemon and 1 Tbsp. ghee. Spread over halved breasts and place in well-buttered dish.
    Cover with foil and bake in oven for a half hour at 350\u00b0F. Cool chicken breasts on wire rack.
