Vegetarian Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Steam the zucchini and onion over boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender.
