Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt and add milk.
Cook over low heat.
Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; stir a small amount of mixture into beaten egg yolk.
Return to hot mixture.
Cook one minute.
Add peanut butter.
Put in baked shell.
