Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks (unbeaten)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine in order given (mix well).
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until filling is firm, about 30 minutes.
