Bar-B-Que Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sauerkraut (drained)
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes (mash together)
    4 strips bacon (fried crisp)
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
Preparation
    Mix together kraut, sugar, tomatoes and fat in a 9 x 13 dish; crumble bacon over the top.
    Bake at 325 degrees uncovered till dry, about 1 1/2 hours.
