Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box macaroni
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 can evaporated milk, undiluted
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and cool. Combine butter and flour.
Add milk and cheese.
Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pour over macaroni.
Mix well.
Add slightly beaten eggs.
Add more milk, if desired.
Additional cheese may be spread on top of macaroni.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
