Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour the boiling water over the butter or margarine and the oatmeal.
    Cover; let set for 20 minutes, stirring once.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together.
    Combine with oatmeal mixture; pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Ice while hot.
