Chicken Seashell Salad(Serves 12 To 15 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. pitted and halved red or green grapes (optional)
    3 oz. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    6 oz. cooked Creamettes medium shells
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breasts in salted water with onion until tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
    Cool and cut into 1/2-inch squares. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Add other ingredients.
