Fluffy Green Tea-Mandarin Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (15 oz.) can muscat grapes
    1 c. water (approximately)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
    1 lemon rind
    10 Japanese green tea bags
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    few drops green food coloring
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Drain juice from mandarins and grapes.
    Reserve juices; refrigerate fruits.
    Combine juices with water to make 2 1/2 cups; bring to boil.
    Pour over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
    Add lemon rind and tea bags.
    Steep 5 minutes.
    Press liquid from tea bags. Add lemon juice.
    Tint with green food coloring (if desired). Refrigerate gelatin mixture until syrupy.
    Beat until light and foamy.
