Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt.
Slowly add water.
Boil 8 minutes.
Stir small amount into egg yolks and add to hot mixture.
Cook 4 minutes.
Pour into pie crust.
