Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg (extra large)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. cider vinegar (mix in the milk)
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Mix egg, oil, salt and sugar with electric mixer.
    Add milk and vinegar; mix.
    Add flour and baking powder; mix well (batter will still be just a little lumpy).
    Add cornmeal and mix just until mixed in well.
    Do not beat for long (10 seconds or so).
