Zippy Carrots - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (Dijon)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. sliced carrots, cooked and drained
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a baking dish; heat for 15 minutes at 300\u00b0 or prepare in a pan on top of the stove.
Yields 4 servings.
