Molasses Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1 c. lard
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. coffee
1 tsp. soda
spices (to suit taste)
3 tsp. baking powder
flour to make stiff dough

Preparation

Place
soda in coffee.
Mix together, roll out and cut. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
