Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mild vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chopped and drained cucumber
    1 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add cold water, vinegar, salt and pepper; chill.
    When slightly thickened, add cucumber and onion.
    Turn into individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes a full six or twelve half molds.
    Especially good to serve with ham.
