Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 c. cooked chopped chicken
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms until onion is soft.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
