Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, quartered
    4 jalapeno peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor.
    Add onion, jalapeno peppers and garlic.
    Pulse 3 to 4 times or until mixture is chopped.
    Add tomatoes and process until blended.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
