Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. rice
    1 onion, minced
    about 25 cabbage leaves
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Separate cabbage
    leaves and wilt in 3 to 4 cups of hot water. Mix
    meat,
    rice,\tonion,\tsalt
    and pepper into small balls. Wrap
    in
    cabbage
    leaves.\tPlace
    closely in roaster. Cover with water
    and\ttomato\tjuice.\tBake
    2 hours at 350\u00b0. Before serving, add milk.
