Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
paprika
Preparation

Put first 4
ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Serve on flat plate or shallow bowl, spread out smoothly.
Top with olive oil.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Offer crackers or pita bread to dip.
