West Virginia Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, yeast, water and oil.
    Add just enough flour to allow dough to be handled.
    Roll out and cut.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Let stand one hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
