Chicken Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 bottle steak sauce (medium size)
1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. onion juice
1 lemon juice and rind
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and cook slowly about 15 minutes.
Use sauce to baste chicken.
The remainder of the sauce may be served with the barbecued chicken.
If the sauce is allowed to cool down slightly, it congeals and adheres to chicken more rapidly.
Makes enough for 2 chickens.
