Mr. Parker'S Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. milk (can add more if batter seems too thick to pour well)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Fry in at least 1 inch of oil.
Oil should be hot enough that a test drop of batter rises almost immediately to the surface.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
