Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. Green tomatoes
    4 yellow peppers
    4 red peppers
    3 cucumbers
    1 pt. mustard
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind all together except mayonnaise and cornstarch.
    Drain off juice.
    Mix and cook 20 minutes.
    You have to stir often or it will stick.
    Take the cornstarch and mix in a little water.
    Add to the mixture.
    Take off the stove; add the mayonnaise.
    Stir to mix. Put in hot jars and seal.
    Makes 10 pints.
