Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    8 slices onion
    8 pieces green pepper
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomato juice
    8 Tbsp. raw rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and place in baking dish.
    Place a tablespoon of raw rice, a slice of onion, a tablespoon of tomato and a piece of green pepper on each pork chop.
    Mix salt, pepper and sugar together; sprinkle over chop mixture.
    Cover with 2 cups of tomato juice.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with foil or lid.
