Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
    2 small cans chopped olives
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can chicken or cubed, cooked roast beef
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except half of the grated cheese and tortillas.
    Spoon 1/2 of sour cream mixture into tortillas and roll, placing in casserole side by side.
    Top the tortillas with remaining sour cream, the remaining half of grated cheese and second can of olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
