German Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Pet milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine milk and sugar in heavy saucepan.
Beat yolks in small bowl until smooth.
Add to milk and sugar when mixture is just warm.
Bring to boil and cook, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and beat until.
Add coconut and pecans and frost top of each layer of German chocolate cake.
