Chinese Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut fresh spinach stems into 1-inch pieces; tear leaves into bite-size pieces.
    Cook spinach.
    Drain well.
    Heat oil, sugar and soy sauce in skillet; add spinach, water chestnuts and onion. Cook, tossing lightly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is coated and heated.
