German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced boiled potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 medium onion sliced fine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with peels on.
    Cool, peel and dice.
    Chop onion. Dice and fry bacon.
    Add to potatoes with parsley; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sugar, flour and mustard to bacon drippings and blend.
    Add vinegar and water; boil until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes and serve immediately.
