Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes in salt water until tender.
    Drain. Peel, cool and dice.
    Place in a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat. Add salt and half the grated cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts. Pour this sauce over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
