Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt, divided
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large skillet, brown beef and onions, stirring until meat loses its red color.
    Drain off grease, if necessary.
    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
