pound cake or ladyfingers
instant vanilla pudding
whipped cream
red raspberry preserves
1/3 c. sherry
yellow raisins or candied peel
Preparation

First Layer:
Thin sandwiches of cake and preserves arranged on bottom of glass bowl, sprinkled with half of the sherry and topped with half the raisins (or peel) and then covered with half the pudding.
