Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and Crisco.
Add sugar and beat until well blended.
Add eggs, beating after each.
Sift dry ingredients. Mix milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to creamed mixture.
Turn into well-greased and lightly floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
