Individual Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 pineapple or yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Melt together in skillet until bubbly the first 2 ingredients. Mix cake mix according to package directions.
    Cover the bottom of a tuna can with 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar mixture. Place a pineapple slice on top of brown sugar, then place a maraschino cherry in the middle of the pineapple. A few walnuts can be placed around for added taste. Pour 1/2 cup of cake batter on top of pineapple. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes; turn upside down on cookie sheet to cool. Makes 12 to 15 cakes.
