Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. uncooked rice (which has been cooked first) or Minute rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add onions and saute until clear. Add thawed, chopped broccoli and stir.
    Add soup; stir and simmer a few minutes.
    Add cheese and stir.
    Add cooked rice and stir. If you think it is too thick, thin with a little water.
    Freeze or refrigerate or bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
